The scope of this project is to make Alexmos board profiles portable, between various devices and gimbal models.
There is a limited set of parameters that should be edited by end user of the gimbal, while other parameters present in the profile files are specific to each gimbal. For example, you don't want to fiddle with IMU axis, motor poles, motors mount inverted etc. Moreover, each user may prefer own follow and joystick speed and a new profile file loaded could change all that.
To prevent all this and still be able to pass around a file for better PID values, this is the tool to do it.
How it works?
There are two ways to generate minified profiles.
1. You input all numbers in the three pages present: Basic, Advanced, Filters and click on Generate button from Export tab. This will give you all the profile in the text box that you can copy and write on a file, or you can download profile file with it using Download button.
2. You can load a profie you already saved from SimpleBGC GUI. The code will process the profile and extract only needed fields that will populate all the forms automatically. After that you can download the minified file and load into new gimbal.
This is a beta project, we still need to do some tests and figure out few parameters that are computed in the GUI not saved identically in the files.
